Radiation Portal Monitor (RPM) is a modern, highly sensitive stationary system for continuous radiation monitoring, designed to detect gamma and neutron radiation sources in vehicles at road or rail checkpoints.
The RPM design features Gamma-Neutron Measurement Units mounted on posts on both sides of the control zone. Smart detection units with large-volume detectors and efficient algorithms enable fast and accurate detection, while categorizing radiation sources as natural or artificial.
The system provides sound and light alarms, and its integrated software continuously records all traffic data in the control zone, including video capture.
