The Free Chlorine Sensor is a Swiss-engineered device utilizing a silicon nitride–coated photopolymer film and silicon crystal semiconductor, featuring built-in chlorine and temperature probes constructed with MEMS technology. It generates current signals based on changes in free chlorine or chlorine dioxide concentration and converts them into a MODBUS RS485 output, offering reagent-free operation with stable, accurate, and low-maintenance performance for water treatment and monitoring applications.
